Important Notice
Immediately, under subsection 83(3)(a) of the ESOS Act, Ultimate Education:
A. Must NOT conduct any training of any overseas student in a location other than the location registered under the ESOS Act on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS), 51-53 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000.
B. Must NOT deliver any part of a course to an overseas student online or by distance learning.
C. Must NOT demand or accept any payment from an overseas student for tuition fees or non-tuition fees for a course (including any third parties / education agents / of the provider).
